At GRIT Foundation, we open the doors to hands-on learning in the skilled trades while building a network of strong, effective mentors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge. Through one-day GRIT Camps and two-hour GRIT Workshops, young people work alongside industry professionals who have the skills to teach and mentor, exploring real-world skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
