I’ve spent more than 30 years in the HVAC/R trades, starting in the field and eventually moving into leadership, technical support, and education. Some of the most rewarding years of my career have been spent teaching and mentoring technicians and helping them build the confidence, skills, and problem-solving ability to succeed in the trades.
