Effective September 18, 2026. These terms cover use of the GRIT Foundation website and purchases from our merchandise store. GRIT Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 33-1405549, based at 236 Hatteras Ave., Clermont, FL 34711. For help, email leilani@thegritfoundation.com.
Using GRIT resources
Our website helps people explore the skilled trades and connect with GRIT programs. Educational resources, career suggestions and AI-assisted results are starting points for learning; they do not guarantee employment, earnings, qualifications or suitability for a particular career. They do not replace qualified instruction, required training, applicable codes or professional safety guidance. Camp participation, mentoring, donations and third-party training may have additional forms or terms presented when you take part.
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or misuse another person’s information. GRIT names, logos, designs and website materials remain the property of GRIT or their respective owners. Viewing materials for personal learning does not grant permission to sell them, reproduce merchandise designs or suggest an endorsement. Contact us about permission for other uses.
Ordering merchandise
Purchases must be placed by an adult who is at least 18, or the age of majority where they live, and is authorized to use the payment method. Review the product description, size chart, color, quantity and delivery address before placing an order. Our merchandise is made to order through Printify and its production partners. On-screen colors and mockups may differ slightly from the physical product; this does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and sales tax are shown at checkout before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. If a product becomes unavailable or we identify a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you with the available options or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an accepted charge without your agreement.
Shipping and delivery
We accept orders for delivery within the United States where a shipping option is available at checkout. Availability depends on the product and destination, including Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international checkout. Shipping charges are calculated for your order and destination and shown before purchase. Items from different production partners may arrive in separate packages.
Made-to-order production happens before carrier transit. Review any production or shipping estimate on the product page or at checkout; a transit estimate is not a promise of same-day production. Where no shipment time is stated, we plan to ship within 30 days after receiving a complete paid order. If we cannot meet the stated shipment time, or that 30-day period, we will notify you, offer a revised date when available, and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. We will obtain any consent required by law and promptly refund unshipped merchandise when required.
Tracking will be provided when available. Carrier delivery estimates may change. Contact us promptly if tracking stalls, a package is missing or an address needs correction. We will investigate with the production and shipping partners. Do not send a return to a print provider or our office without instructions.
Cancellations, problems and returns
Contact us immediately about cancellation or address changes. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how to report damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Because items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges solely for a size or color selected incorrectly or a change of mind. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. These policies do not limit remedies required by applicable law.
Purchases and donations
Buying merchandise supports GRIT’s mission, but an ordinary merchandise order is a purchase of goods. It is not treated as a charitable gift, and GRIT does not issue a charitable-donation receipt for an ordinary store order. Separate donations are handled through our donation channels. If goods or services are provided in connection with a contribution, any deductible amount depends on applicable tax rules and the value received; refer to the acknowledgment for that contribution.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how website and order information is handled. Payment, donation, application, training and other linked services may have their own terms. GRIT remains your contact for merchandise ordered from this store; you do not need to resolve an order problem directly with Printify.
Questions, rights and changes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Florida law governs these terms to the extent permitted, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. A provision that cannot be enforced does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. The terms presented for your order apply to that order unless you agree to a change or the law requires otherwise. Material changes will receive any additional notice or consent required by law.
